Our equipment is fully maintained and serviced during its lifetime. Whilst on a service contract our equipment is covered under a fully comprehensive agreement at any time of the day or night.
Our telephone service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we call upon a team of nationwide engineers to attend to your call. All gas engineers are CORGI registered with ACOPS training. All refrigeration engineers are City and Guilds trained and have the ACRIB certification. Our response times run between 4 - 24 hours.
When placing a service call you will need to quote the bar code ID number on the appliance which uniquely identifies each piece of equipment. This provides the service department with an in depth knowledge of its service history and location. Without this number we can not process a service call.
